What to do if a document isn't syncing to your ERP

Tamit shows a sync tag next to every document: Synced / Pending / Failed. If a document stays "Pending" for more than 10 minutes, or has gone to "Failed" — you need to act.

Common reasons

How to fix it

  1. Open the document. At the bottom you'll see the raw error message from the ERP.
  2. Fix whatever's missing (usually customer details — tax ID, address).
  3. Click Retry sync.
  4. If it succeeds — you'll get an official invoice number within seconds.
  5. If it fails again — screenshot the error and send it to support.
💡 Tip Document stuck and not going through? Don't manually issue it from inside the ERP — you'll end up with a duplicate. Always fix it in Tamit and hit retry.

The sync queue

Under Settings → Integrations → Queue you'll see every document still pending. Each row has a "Sync" button and an error description. If there are 10+ documents stuck — it's a sign of a broader issue; see sync issues.
