Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with business owners (Hebrew + English)
- Deliver live product demos and coordinate pilots
- Build and improve sales playbooks
- Close feedback loop with engineering to fix field gaps
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience — preferred
- Native-level Hebrew and English
- Comfort with CRM and technical demos
- Autonomous, capable of owning a complex pipeline

Tech Support Specialist

The face of Tamit to our customers — answer tickets, debug technical issues, escalate complex ones to the dev team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via WhatsApp and email
- Debug customer issues (logs, SQL, REST)
- Escalate to engineering with a clean, reproducible case
- Build the knowledge base and help center
Requirements
- Experience in tech support or QA
- Linux and basic SQL
- Organized, patient, and technically curious
- Strong Hebrew and English

Design Tamit's dashboard, the customer PWA, and every new product we ship. A designer with hands on the keyboard.
Responsibilities
- Design full flows in a B2B SaaS dashboard (Appointments, POS, Documents)
- Design mobile-first for the customer PWA
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma
- Work closely with engineering and PM
Requirements
- 3+ years designing B2B SaaS
- Strong Figma and design-system skills
- Portfolio with complex screens, not just landings
- Comfort with RTL and HE/EN side by side — bonus
