Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TAMIT platform ("the Service"). By using the Service, you fully agree to these terms.

TAMIT provides a management platform with modules for appointment scheduling, employee management, POS, inventory, social marketing, email analytics, and more. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue modules with reasonable notice.

6. Connecting Third-Party Services (Google / Gmail)

Connecting a Gmail mailbox to the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. The customer represents that it is authorized to connect the account and grant us read-only access. You may disconnect at any time.

6a. Connecting Meta Services (Facebook / Instagram)

Connecting a Facebook page and Instagram Business account to Tamit is also subject to Meta Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, and Meta Developer Policies. The customer represents that:

Tamit may terminate the connection or remove content that violates Meta policies or applicable law. You may disconnect at any time from the "Connections" screen in the Social Media module.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, design, logo, and user interfaces of TAMIT are its exclusive property. Customer data (employees, customers, transactions) remains the property of the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". TAMIT is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or service interruptions outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel Aviv.
