Digital signature on the customer's phone
Tamit sends contracts, quotes, and consent forms to the customer via SMS/WhatsApp link. They sign on the screen with their finger, and you get a signed PDF + IP/location log + timestamp. Legally binding.
How it works
- Documents โ Create document โ Contract/Consent/Quote.
- Fill in the form. Mark "requires customer signature".
- Click Send for signature โ pick a channel (SMS / WhatsApp / email).
- The customer gets a link. They open it, read, and sign with their finger.
- You get a notification the moment it's signed. The signed PDF is saved to the customer's record.

What's stored for the record
- The signature image (raw pixels).
- Exact date and time (UTC).
- The customer's IP address.
- Device type (Android/iPhone).
- Geo-location (if the customer allowed it).
๐ก Tip
This is valid for civil contracts in Israel (Electronic Signature Law 5761-2001). For documents requiring a "secure" signature (like a power of attorney), this isn't enough โ you'll need a notary.
Reminders if not signed
If the customer hasn't signed within 24 hours โ Tamit sends an automatic reminder. After 72 hours, a second reminder. You can configure a different sequence under Settings โ Documents โ Signature reminders.
