Report types
- Daily sales — by product/service, staff member, payment method.
- Monthly sales — vs. previous month, previous year.
- Customers — new, lapsing, VIP, revenue per customer.
- Appointments — no-show %, peak hours, staff performance.
- Campaigns — open rate, conversion, ROI.
- Cash / card flows — consolidated daily Z report.
Where to look
- Dashboard — overview of today and the last 7 days.
- Reports → pick a type — detailed reports with filtering.
- Export to PDF / Excel — for your accountant or email.

What reports can't do
Reports are descriptive — what happened. They're not predictive. Tami can give you a forecast ("month-end revenue forecast: ₪48K") but not predict the future with precision.
Exporting to your accountant
End of the month: Reports → Monthly export for accountant exports a summary PDF + an Excel of all documents. Usually your accountant can also connect directly to the ERP.
