Creating a custom segment
- Customers → Segments → Create new.
- Add conditions: "bought product X" + "over ₪200" + "in the north region" + "in the last 90 days".
- Request a preview — you'll see exactly who falls into the segment.
- Save with a meaningful name ("Premium buyers in the north").
Practical uses
- Targeted marketing campaigns — send a discount offer to "lapsed" customers.
- VIP service — Tami spots a VIP and ensures a fast response.
- Lookalike audiences — export to Facebook for ads.

Sending a campaign to a segment
Pick the segment → Actions → Send campaign. You can choose WhatsApp / email / SMS. Check the Meta FUP rules before sending a WhatsApp broadcast.
