Customer segments — slicing by behavior

Not every customer is the same. A segment = a group of customers who behave similarly. You send them the same offer. Tamit lets you build dynamic segments that refresh every day.

Creating a custom segment

  1. Customers → Segments → Create new.
  2. Add conditions: "bought product X" + "over ₪200" + "in the north region" + "in the last 90 days".
  3. Request a preview — you'll see exactly who falls into the segment.
  4. Save with a meaningful name ("Premium buyers in the north").

Practical uses

💡 Tip The "VIP" segment is gold. Make a personal call once a month with each of them. You'll be surprised — loyalty goes up 300%.

Sending a campaign to a segment

Pick the segment → Actions → Send campaign. You can choose WhatsApp / email / SMS. Check the Meta FUP rules before sending a WhatsApp broadcast.
