How Tami learns your brand identity
Before Tami creates content on your behalf, she needs to know who you are. Filling out one solid Brand Kit = thousands of consistent posts down the line.
What Tamit asks for
- Logo — transparent background (PNG/SVG). 500×500 minimum recommended.
- 3 brand colors — primary, secondary, accent. Tamit auto-suggests colors from your logo.
- Tagline / one-liner — a single sentence explaining what you do and for whom.
- Tone — formal / friendly / playful / professional. Tami adopts it.
- 5–10 inspiration examples you like — paste links to competitor or reference posts.

Where it lives
Social Studio → Brand identity. The initial pass takes 5–7 minutes. You can update it any time.
What not to do
- Don't upload a logo with a white background (it'll look terrible on photos). Ask your designer for a transparent PNG version.
- Don't pick "formal" tone if you actually write friendly messages on WhatsApp. Customers will sense it's not you.
- Don't enter more than 3 colors. An image with 5 colors looks cluttered.
💡 Tip
On Premium Plus? Ask Tami "create 5 posts in my usual style". Review them — if they don't feel right, fix the Brand Kit, not each individual post.
Future changes
New logo? Brand refresh? Update the Brand Kit and Tami will adopt it within 24 hours on new posts. Old posts stay as they were (not deleted).
