Common mobile glitches and quick fixes

Tamit is a PWA — an app that runs in the browser. Most glitches are cached files or expired permissions. Walk through this checklist.

1. White / blank screen

  1. Close the browser completely (swipe up).
  2. Open it again.
  3. Still blank? Clear cache: Chrome → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → "Cached images and files".
  4. Still blank? Check your internet connection.

2. Buttons not clickable

Usually JavaScript hasn't finished loading. Pull down to refresh. If it persists — close the app from recent apps and relaunch.

3. No push notifications

4. Camera doesn't work (for barcode scanning / signatures)

Camera permission wasn't granted. On your device: Settings → Browser (Chrome/Safari) → Sites → tamit.co.il → Camera → Allow.

5. Text jumps left/right

An LTR/RTL rendering issue. Make sure your browser is up to date. Try switching from Chrome to Edge or Safari.

6. You log in — and get kicked out automatically

Cookies are blocked. Browser settings → Allow cookies for tamit.co.il. If you're in "private mode" — switch to regular mode.

💡 Tip Install Tamit as a PWA: in the browser, tap "Add to Home Screen". You'll get an icon, faster startup, and fewer cache issues.

7. App is very slow

Reporting a bug

If the issue recurs — record a 10-second video showing the bug and send it to support. Include: phone model, OS version, Tamit version (menu → About).
